It sounds like you have installed the mips version of the plugin and not the Arm version which is what you will need for your box as it is a 4k box.

Ask your provider for the url to the arm7 version of xtreamTV
 
he gave me both wooshman,i installed the arm version.i will check again

jeesss,think your correct.i just pasted it in a folder as i still had it copied.fatigue kicking in now.will i have to delet anythin in telnet now or should i just go ahead and load the correct file..?

thankyou all so much,its working.
when i changed from putty to dreambox control center,thats when i started to make progress.
and you were correct wooshman i did install the mips file about 20 mins ago instead of the arm file.
that was one long day....
