Hi I bought a sports stream off another site & iam trying to run on a kodi ice cube 2 box using kodi I have managed to get into the app but when I went to put my password in the settings there's a message saying I needed to download the openeleq app so I did & it still does the same thing.When I get the app up & try to watch say sky sports one the message error login failure user not found appears any help would be great.

Would you not be better to ask the supplier who you purchased the stream from the other site?

Did they provide you with an M3U Playlist URL, something like http://xxxxx.xyz:1234/get.php?username=xxxxxx&password=yyyyy&type=m3u_plus&output=ts

If so, enter that URL in your browser and it should download the playlist. If it does then your account works, if it does not they either there is a typo in the URL or your account is not active.

Ok I downloaded the url on my browser I accessed my account but nothing would play & was super slow when scrolling through the menu

If you would like to message me, I can provide you with an m3u playlist that you can compare and test side by side. That should help to prove if the issue is at your end or at the suppliers end.
