Weird issue

Go into Nord settings and enable Nord Lynx if you haven't already.its supposed to improve things.
It improved my speed.
 
I get 200 meg with VPN on I get 160meg. On a Saturday it may drop to as low as a 100 meg. However, they will never drop below there speed gaurntee of a 100 meg.
 
try using the differemt protocol like @gravehead said, wireguard (lynx) is supposed to be fastest protocol. try different server location too. germany works for me for some reason,
