I use an android app with my provider's dedicated app (a customised variation of Perfect Player). However I also have a Vu+Duo2 as our main box which handles IPTV Bouquets alongside free view satellite. Perfect for the family

The general consensus is, a mag box is best for IPTV.

Mag box is simple but limited to IPTV. Ideal for technophobes. A decent android box will give you access to other apps (namely Kodi)

If you are not too up on iptv get a mag254 box as these are easy to use.
