It works for FTA as Abu mentioned. You won’t be able to record on it though. Take out your card and try it.

But as Abu mentioned, the lnb will be much cheaper.

In that case, maybe a sky q box is the safer option.

If you are local to me I am sure I have an old lnb for sky that will work as it came off an old dish. You are welcome to have it.
