What size dish would I need minimum in the midlands ukfor Bein

You will struggle with anything less than 1.2m imo to get any signal, and even with that, when it rains you will most likely loose all signal.

Yes it opens the English 1 & 2 channels.

What are your thoughts if I got a 1.1m dish in the west midlands. Do you think I’ll get the bein 1 and 2 english channels if it’s not raining on this size. I can’t really go bigger than 1.1m as I need the dish to fit my existing wall mount bracket on the side of the house that currently houses an 80cm dish with a broken motor that needs replacing any bigger than 1.1 I don’t think can be installed on the side of the house as it will be to heavy and big to install I presume . I’m willing to get a new motor and 1.1m dish if I can get the bein channels and I’m not to fussed if I lose the picture if it rains as long as I can get them when it’s dry.

Try it, but as said, i'd be surprised if you get a decent signal with a 1.1m in your location.
