Which Satellite box?

Hi,

I'm a newbie and thinking of buying a satellite box. Have been doing some reading over the past few days and the vu+ boxes and the blade boxes seem to be highly rated. I do want to buy good quality, can anybody recommend any other boxes I should also look at?

you wont regret buying an original vu as they are open sourced and the blade is closed source.

Oh I see, thanks for the reply. They are quite expensive so just want to be sure that they are worth it. Everything that i've heard/read so far suggest that they are.

they may be expensive but when setup correctly all you have to do is enjoy tv but a little more knowledge is needed for setting them up and the other things like ts media plugin and ice films and others all for streaming to box.

the vu range is always better. do a little reading first on how to set them up.

vix in my opinion is better and more stable.
