White Chocolate Cheesecake

Mix the digestives and butter well. Pour the mixture into the tin, level and compress, then stick in fridge for about 30 minutes. This is the base.
Melt the white choc in a mixing bowl.
Add the mascarpone and mix well.
Add the philadelphia and mix well.
Add the cream and mix well.
Pour the mixture on top of the base and smooth the top.
Return to the fridge for at least 3 hours (over night if possible).
Sprinkle chocolate flake on top.
