wifi dongle no longer working is there a driver i need or something ?

Hi all,

on my old zgemma 2s my dongle was and is fine?

on this new one dongle will not find wireless network

on the dongle it says 802. 11b/g/n 150Mbps WIRELESS USB ADAPTER

Any ideas what i can do to get it working again on this box

no idea sorry, does your wifi have a name or anything? i know only some wifi usb sticks work with the h2s. i would install one or two you might get lucky
 
is this a simple black usb stick

search for ralink RT5370 on google does it look the same.

If this is the case

check what driver you have installed

this stick uses the driver
'network-usb-rt3070 (1.0-r3)

you can check what installed by bring up the "Remove plugins / drivers

I cleaned out all the other usb driver to avoid confusion.

Then added the rt3070 using download plugin (it shows as rt5370 in the Network setup screen)

NOTE: to download you'll need a wired connection.

Once downloaded, switch off and plug in the stick, switch on and once you can get to setup, choose the WAN.
