Windows 10 not seeing zgemma i55 openweb if

Hi I updated my laptop form Windows7 to Windows 10 it is now not seeing zgemma i55 openweb if when I put in the ip address tryed a zgemma h2h but still the same thing my Samsung galaxy is seeing both box's is there any other way to to get Windows 10 Google to let me see the box as I need to update them thanks

Are boxes setup using samba to be discovered on the network.
Are you using a vpn as unsure with that.

Use a different browser, Opera or Firefox.
Not Internet Explorer it's as much use as Nutscrape Navigator
