Wiping kodi setting

Can anyone help me here. I have install the kodi plugin on vix. I then installed a kodi build which was a mistake. I now cannot carry out a factory reset on kodi. When I reflash vix and install the kodi addon, the previous settings are still there

FTP to your external storage, enable hidden folders, delete .kodi folder in root.

Thanks. I tried that last night, however when i reinstall the pluggin for kodi the build is still there

Strange, the instructions from Brangord30 should clear the kodi data.
What you can do it remove the Kodi plugin itself, reboot the box and then re-download the kodi plugin once more? I'm not at my box but i think the Kodi plugin is in Extensions from the feeds and it start with mx....

i had to reflash solo2 again and there is no kodi in plugins as it was removed,but i see xbmc .

a full reflash and no settings restore should wipe everything on box to start afresh.
