yörgy Jehirszki and Gergely Lakatos will represent Hungary at the 2025 BetVictor World Cup of Darts, after the pair confirmed their qualification last weekend.

Emerging ace Jehirszki featured on the European Tour circuit earlier this year, and he will make his second World Series of Darts appearance in July’s Poland Darts Masters.

The 41-year-old will now compete in his first World Cup next month, after reaching the final of the Hungarian Super League event alongside Lakatos, with the former triumphing 6-2 to also take the domestic title.

Lakatos, meanwhile, will feature in his second World Cup campaign in Frankfurt, having also competed in the 2022 edition.

The 2025 BetVictor World Cup of Darts will be staged at Frankfurt's Eissporthalle from June 12-15, with 40 teams competing for the coveted title and a share of the £450,000 prize fund.
