X3M Player Not Opening

Looking to see if anyone has experienced a similar issue or knows of a fix/workaround.

Been using X3M for around a month now on three devices. One android box continues to work fine but another android box and a firestick are both experiencing the same problem.

Pretty simply when opening the app it starts loading with the icon in the middle of the screen then simply closes and returns to the device homepage.

The only fix I've found so far is reinstalling but this removes playlists so I need to then have my provider reset that and the problem eventually occurred again after a few weeks.

Anyone else seen this or able to offer any advice. Really do not want to have to change apps as I've not found anything I like remotely as well.
 
It's a neat app - I like it too. I've not encountered the issues you're having, but you can always try to contact the developers or ask your provider to do it via their dashboard ticket system. The developers are usually pretty good with offering advice and will likely know what the cause of the app not loading may be.

I've had the same problem.

It seems like the symbol next to the crop button on the top right is permanently on. It's only when I turn this off it works. But I have to do it all the time
 
clear the cache etc in the app and it will start again.

as regards your 8 digit code get your customer interface link off your supplier and you can upload codes to your sub by yourself instead of waiting for them to do it.

go to Plugin, Addon Interface | XEEV Playlist Editor
in the top box enter the new 8 digit code you want to add to your sub.
in the second box add the last 32 digits from your customer interface link.
click save.
thats it!!!!
