Xiaomi :- Chinese rom or global rom?

Well it's time to buy a new phone and after much looking around I'm going with the:-

Redmi Note 15 pro plus 5G
The problem I have is nearly everyone I've found for sale are modified Chinese rooms.

I read I'm better off buying a Global rom version but even Xiaomi's UK store don't sell them.
Lots of eBay sellers list theres as Global ready (or words of that effect) but like I said their Chinese roms adapted

Would it be ok to buy a Chinese adapted phone or should I try to locate a global version ?

Personally id only buy from xaoimis store. Even then the os is buggy so a modified version will surely be alot worse.
Fantastic products but their os usually take a few months to get better

I've just been reading up and found out that the global version is due for release soon. They've knocked back the charger wattage and a few other things.

I read a few things that put me off the Chinese rom. WhatsApp in some cases doesn't give you notifications. Now I do know this can happen as I have an old Huawei I have doesn't and that's on a Chinese rom.

Then there's 5g band width, there's a couple missing on the Chinese version and the newer ones?, the bootloader is permanently locked so if you ever need it flashing your knackered
