XstreamTV validation error check internet connection?

Hi all,
I am new to this forum so hope it is in the right area. I am in need of some help.
I have a Zgemma H2S which went redundant when channels started to dis appear etc...
Thought I would try IPTV as a second temporary alternative. I tried a 24hr trial from a service provider. They sent me details of loading XtreamTV via Putty, which I did and when running it I got the message Access Denied - Check internet connection. Gave the service provider the Hex code on the RHS of screen, registered it and pressed the blue button to refresh - but nothing has happened.

I reflashed the box to IPAB version 6 as recommended by the service provider and ran all updates - all OK. Re loaded XstreamTV plug in (ver 0.0.6), tried again and still the same - "Access Denied please check your internet connection".

Any help would be appreciated.

Check your inbox and its a good idea to edit out the service provider from your post.

Just restart the app a couple of times , should work .

Recently had same problem was using wireless internet connection disconnected this ran rj4t from modem to box and all ok now hope this helps

Hi Guys,
thanks for the advice. Cuddlychris - you were spot on. Looks like the plugin does not like wireless - even the latest version. All working fine on RJ45 Lan cable.
