xtream editor box crashing

Once my supplier has activated my QR code and i have saved settings , everytime i press BLUE button to load epg my box keeps crashing , anyone know whats causing it ?

its a zgemma s2 running whooshbuild.

My box used to keep doing it every time it loaded up i didn't have iptv at time all I did was reflash it again if you can back up your details but couldn't be too sure if it would work same for you mate
