Watching a video on my desktop on my AOC monitor viewing a picture that has a border of darker picture on the outside and you can just make it out all the way around the screen ?
Also seen it on laptop and Sony tv on other videos from YouTube and no idea what it is as same dimensions all around the outside of main picture but darker on the outside not sure if a setting is changing quality of picture.
