Z10 asking for pin when opening portal any ideas

Box pin wil be 0000

But as it is the portal asking for the pin i would of thought it was a pin the provider may have on their panel.

Have you tried a factory reset mate to force a fresh MYtv online install ?

As ferret says usually 0000 or 12345 @stuss may know as he has z10 only other thing is it’s hardware locked from last provider if bought 2nd hand

Not to sure somebody asked didn't know if there is a setting in portal just in case adult is on the sub

• It's impossible there is pin code asked if you don't set it. Did you see the logon screen as below? If yes, click another Sign-in options as below: input normal password to sign in.

Tell him to factory reset it and then set it up again. It shouldnt ask for a pin

Not true Struss as mine has suddenly started asking for a PIN too but only on one of my suppliers (yes I have two on the same box) My supplier said carry out a factory reset but I do not understand why on supplier suddenly needs a pin and the other does not yet I have changed nothing on my box for this to have happened

Mine asks for it before I can access any programs Have asked my supplier why this is suddenly happening and they said to carry out a factory reset and start again but it only happens on their supply not my other providers one, very strange
