When adding a new hard drive to a Zgemma S2, what format should the hard drive be in ntfs or fat32? When the drive is then initialised through the Zgemma setup control panel does the format remain to be ntfs or fat32?
It doesn't matter what format before you connect it to to the box as long as you initialise. Initialising creates a ext3 filesystem but it's wise to then convert to ext4. ext filesystems cannot be read by windows PC's by the way.
