Zgemma audio description

Hi , sorry if this is in the wrong place . Every time I turn over the audio description comes on . I use audio button to stop it but when I change channels it comes on again . Is there a way to permanently disable it . Many Thanks , spider .

When you have read and made the changes, it is important to reboot your box for it to register! Only saying as a lot of users don't
