My brother has just got his zgemma box setup and he cant get the line to work with his Bt home hub 5. i tried the box at mine and it worked. he's ticked the box that says let all traffic through in the firewall settings but still the black screen on the box with sly chances fta work fine. he has a ip address on the box in setting as well

can anyone advise to what this could be?
 
tried that didn't help.

he got anew router from bt today just incase it was the old on faulty and it sill wont work
 
Have a look in the general satellite forum, on the first page there is 2 posts about changing to googles DNS servers.
Try that and see if it connects then
