Zgemma Cartoon Network problem

Hi, I just had a zgemma recordable box fitted by a friend who's just become a supplier. I think I was his first customer, meaning he isn't fully clued up with it all yet. I've noticed that Cartoon Network, Cartoon Network +1 and boomerang don't work ( the channels are there, but the screen is just black) . The problem is that Cartoon Network is my kids favourite channel. My supplier isn't sure why they don't work. Can anyone on here help?

The supplier you get a test from will send you a line. Then you copy it into the cccam.cfg file, which you access through filezilla.

assuming you are running openVix with autobouquets maker

try this first:

menu
services searching
auto bouquets maker
start scan

like dilly says if that doesnt restore your channels your mates not the best server to be with
