Zgemma H.2S - playing media from NAS?

I have a NAS with a lot of movies and TV programs stored on it. If I play them on my computer of DVD player, then I simply browse the NAS on the network, go into the shared folder and select the media files.

Is there a way of playing media from the NAS using my Zgemma H.2S?

Yes its possible. All you have to do is go into network mounts setup and use the network browser to find your NAS. Then just add whatever folders you want (the subfolders are added automatically) and then you can view them using the filelist button like you would a recording.

On openatv its found via menu/setup/system/network/mounts setup

Hi,

Sorry to hijack this thread but is it possible to record to a NAS instead of using a external hard drive?

Thanks

@gmanpanthro - thanks - worked perfectly!!!

@fayhal - I assume so. When I was configuring the NAS for playback, I was asked whether or not I wanted to use the NAS for recording instead of the HDD!
