zgemma h1 channels gone blank

hey guys,hope someone can point me in the right direction.ok so i got myself a zgemma h1 box few weeks back and everything has been going great untill yesterday when i had unplugged the ethernet cable from the router by mistake.since plugging the ethernet cable back in i have no channels.just the free view ones.I have done a full auto scan and an error in scan is coming back.is there a way on these boxes to check if my cline is still working or anything else i can check.any help would be appreciated.thanks in advance

boot the box back up and restart the cams, mgcam or cccam, whichever your running

ok so i went into ts panel/softcams/ and it says no ecm info. sorry kinda new to these boxes so please be patient.pretty sure its ccam
