Cable ZGEMMA H1 for VM

Hi All,

Im looking to flash and set up a H1 for VM tonight, is it best to just use sucumsee backup file? Does that contain the redHD skin?

Ive been looking at the guides but they seem more set for the sat guide, does anyone have an idiot guide for how to scan on VM after putting the scumsee backup on? I mean, do i need to do anything for the EPG etc?

Red skin is available on the download feeds, only thing I would say about using a Sat back up is enable tuner A initially so that in Autobouquets maker you can disable SlyUK as a provider, then disable tuner A, if you don't enable the sat tuner you will not be able to turn off Sly in ABM as the option is not listed and you will get tune failed or tuner lock when you do an ABM scan as it will look for a Sat signal, easy way around it is to change the providers order to put Vermin above Sly and it will scan vermin first then timeout for Sly, I hope that helps.

Hi Thanks for that, i thought it was the case about redHD. Where can you download it as ive looked around and i can see it.

I should be able to work it all out, but thats a good thing to know about enabling it to start and then changing it. So all i need to do really, is enable tuner a to start, then disable SlyUK and then change it to virmin?

Yes, enable tuner A, go in to ABM providers, turn off sly, go back and disable tuner A.

If you look in menu, plugins, green to download plugins, then skins, look for openvix-RedHD, download, reboot and then apply using the user interface, skin set up option.
