Cable zgemma h1 swap channels to hd

hello hope someone can help i cant remember if it was this forum or another has i have been doing alot of research i seen somewhere i can change the satellite.xml file so the sky sport/movie etc can be in hd on the sky list instead of going back the cable list to watch hd thanks hope this makes sense
