Cable zgemma h1 timeout for tuner lock

Advice required for newbie. Getting time for tunerlock when running Autobouquetsmaker. I have a Zgemma H1 running Cable only and have disabled the sat feed. I have added a nline and put Mgcamd.1.38 in softcams on Tspanel. I get 600+channels when scanning and get a picture on Channel 5 it won't then move to next channel just freezes if trying to change. I have read previous posts that have had this error but having no luck. I have read alot of guides to get this far still hopeful I will get there spent hours on it. The Nline has a SNR of 98% so getting a good feed.

In tuner configuration have you disabled the sat tuner.
Also when running autobouquetsmaker make sure you only have Virgin set to yes.
Also make sure you net id is correct

Hi I re-checked the above and not configured Sat, Virgin set to yes, on the net id I was unsure on the area id for bradford which I believe is 40961 but seen this also for Barnsley. I have just put Tivo box on to check modem ip address I think the zgemma has the ethernet address will look at it tomorrow been a long day. I have a channel list but blank screen. Thanks

So you have channels loaded through the autobouquetsmaker?
the fta (free to air) channels work (channel 5)?
but when you go onto any other channel it wont load? sounds like you haven't put the line in correctly.
