I know this is not a Kryptview forum but i thought id ask the question here. I have had a Kryptview A780 for a few years i am getting tired of the constant scrambling / freezing of channels. I am therefore thinking of getting the Zgemma H2 for Virgin cable.
I understand that i would need to the purchase a line and then edit a file with Mcamd and my line details that i would have recieved. The question i have is that the Kryptview A780 has a firmware Kryptview_A780_20012015 this firmware has a server line embedded and therefore there is no need to buy a line, but the server is obviously not very good as it constantly scrambles and freezes.
I was wondering if it is possible to edit the Kryptview_A780_20012015 firmware so that i enter a purchsed line details and then load that onto the Kryptview A780, which then would stop the scrambling / freezing.
Is htis possible?
