Zgemma h2s ch numbering help

Hi i have had my zgemma h2s for few months all ok apart from ch numbering
from fav if i click e.g. entertainment i get bbc as ch no 1038 but if i click
101 when watching any ch then it does go to bbc1 which i what i want
Same numbering as sly if poss! Is there easy fix without getting too technical
if so step by step will be great!
My system zgemma h2s vix version5.1 sky skin Q v1.0

That's how the channels are brought in for abm all channels bouquet will be correct then entertainment etc will have 4 digit channel numbers it needs to do this to add the channels in separate bouquets. All you need to do is remove the all channels bouquet press menu, setup, service searching, autobouqets marker, providers and change sky uk generate main bouquet to no then start scan that should remove all channels bouquet and entertainment etc will be correct.
