Zgemma h2s no sound. Help.

I've had a similar issue with a new Panasonic TV in the past. I had to change some settings in the menu for the particular HDMI port I had the box connected to. I can't remember what the exact change was though. I've connected boxes to lots of Samsung TVs though and never experienced the same issue though.

I did in the end.
I used the same hdmi cable and plugged it into a different tv that all worked so I plugged it all back into the tv that wasn't and it started working fine again.
So just try it all on a different tv.

How to fix 'no audio' in Zgemma H2S/H2H:
Press MENU on Remote
Select 'Setup'
Select 'Audio'
Select 'Auto language selection'
Set 'Prefer audio track stored by service' to "yes"

Press MENU on Remote
Select 'Setup'
Select 'Audio'
Select 'Basic settings'
Select 'dolby digital / DTS downmix' YES

Judging from how old previous post date was say it had new fix in a newer released image.
