ZGemma H2S Satellite & Questions.

New to this. My friend had a zgemma h2 star and a picture that keeps freezing. Could it be the broadband speed. She has 19meh standard bb. Would fibre be better?

The Zgemma H2 is totally different to the H2S. I believe the H2 is both Satellite and cable. Not quite sure on the freezing try reflashing the box.

Is your special friend using the box with sky or cable services, if sky it could be that the dish is slightly out of alignment, or it could be an over subscribed server. If cable again it could line or possibly a signal problem as these boxes are known to have weak tuners (cable side)
