il try what u said for couple of days let u know is there any plugins or anything u advise for atv 7

The plugins haven't changed much in years, they're updated yes but as far as the end users is concerned, I honestly can't see a difference, obviously you can't use atv6.4 plugins with atv7.5 settings etc as they are completely different as they're new, but everything just works like you want it to.
The same plugins are there, but new.
I used whoosh and Grog for years but there's really no difference just using plain openatv and adding your own bits and bobs. Anything you need that isn't immediately obvious to use, just ask here and you'll have it within minutes
