Zgemma H9 twin hardwire connection issue.

I have a H9 twin box, it worked perfect while it was hardwired via ethernet with my old router, however I've just upgraded my router to a fibre one and tried connecting via ethernet but it won't connect to my router.

Do I need to do something to my box or router?

check you did not add dns servers or static IP address in network adaptor settings try changing Use DHCP to YES if it is set to No

Everything is as it should be in network adapter settings, starting to wonder if my ethernet cable don't work with my new router, it works with my old one but not the new one.

Have you tried the network wizard
Menu,system,network,device setup,lan connection ok
Adapter settings,ok,then
Use this interface yes
Use dhcp. yes
Use manual dns nameserver. No
Enable wake on lan No
Green to save
Then run network test.

@Blacky1973 you are connected to Ethernet port and not WAN port by mistake.

If its working on old router it will work with new one
