Help Please

I have a zgemma h9 twin
It won’t boot up its stuck on 49
I’ve tried recovery usb for Open Atv 7.5 but it still boot up
I’ve tried plugging the usb in the front slot and also plugging the usb in the rear slot
Switch on power and hold in rear reset button. - But it will only boot up to 49

What do I need to do to recover my box ??

I have used 3 different usb sticks which I formatted to fat 32 before downloading Open atv 7.5
The box will not boot from a usb stick

Is there another way to get the box to boot up ?

All now working OK

Here is what I did to fix it
Downloaded OpenATV 7.5 recovery files and placed them on a formatted usb
Put the usb in the back of the usb slot on the back of the box Zgemma h9t switched on the box and held down the recovery button on the back of the box at the same time
The front of the box came up with a red light and the word recovery in the viewing panel
I switched on the tv the box was connected to and then using the remote control pressed menu and the recovery menu came up on the screen
From there I was able to boot into partition 1 and the box started up and runs perfectly
I think the issue is with partition 2 which runs OpenATV 7.5 and required an update after the update the box would not start
I need to work out how to delete all the files on partition 2 to clear out any further potential problems
If anyone can tell me how to do this I would be grateful

I hope this will help any one else who finds themselves in the situation I was in
It’s only by sharing knowledge we can all achieve

I honestly thought the box was a gonner but it is running perfectly OK now.

Another way to access your recovery menu is this....

Turn your box off.Leave hdd in back of box.,nothing in front.
DO NOT USE BLACK RESET BUTTON.
Press the red power button on the remote down and aim at front of box.
Press and Release the white button on back of box while still holding down remote control red power button.
When you see rcvy on front of box release red power button on remote.
Let recovery menu load.
When loaded scroll down to boot menu.
Press ok
Scroll down to flash online image, press ok
Choose image you want to flash,i.e. Openatv 7.6
Press ok
It will start downloading
Then comes up with which multiboot slot should be used.
Press ok on Linux 1.or whatever slot you want.
It will start flashing
Flashing complete comes up on screen and then goes to boot menu.
Scroll down to boot1 openatve7.6 or whatever boot number you chose earlier.
Press ok
Box will start to boot up(can take up to a minute or 2)
Red light and says boot in LCD panel...just wait
Green light will come on and boot up to 49
Then go through set up options.

Its always worth flashing another partition just in case one gets corrupted then you can access the other partition via the above.😀

.Thanks for the information - Very Comprehensive

I seemed to stumble on the method I used to get the same result

Do you know how to delete all the files from a particular partition please

Press
Menu
Standby/Restart
Multiboot manager
Scroll down to partition you want to delete and press yellow button.

The above recovery method (post#7saves you from having to download image onto a usb stick, glad you got it sorted😀
