I am just hoping that i have asked this question in the right area. When I reboot my ZGEMMA box will I loose the GIFT CARD that I got with it??

if you mean reboot as in make fresh and new, yea you will need to back it up first. go to a computer get a ftp program and go to one of the two location, usr/key or /ect. then once you have redone your system just place it back

restart/restart gui via menus is perfectly fine
reflash - i.e put a new image/back up image on, you need to back up your line/gift.
