Zgemma star 2s Router problem

Hi Guys,

Having trouble connecting my zgemma star 2s box to my router, previously been work for about 10 month with no problems. now since turning it on on sat morning its not working.
done all the powering done, resetting etc and still nothing. network test showing IP address and Nameserver unconfirmed.

could this be a problem with TP Links? about to buy a new ethernet cable to try.

any ideas would be muchly thankful

Yes, reset everything. Just tryd a new ethernet cable and its working. Will try and reset the tp links and try them
 
I'm having the same issue with a H.2s. Sky fibre!
Restarted box and router several times with a wifi adapter and homeplugs (all repaired etc) but it is not working.
Ip address is unconfirmed
Name server unconfirmed
Don't know what to dodo apart from reflashed the box? Any suggestions would be appreciate too!
 
hi mate, i connected my box via ethernet and it worked, then removed ethernet cable and connected tp links and its working fine, no idea what was wrong.
