zgemma star 2s, unable to record premium channels and watch

Hi guys ive seen loads of questions about not being able to record a premium channel and watch one at the same time. My box was fine untill i changed over line providers i've done a fresh factory reset on the box and im going to try and flash a new image onto it. is the sucmnsee one the best to go for? Thanks in advance

What IS this fascination with factory resets??!!
Also, I don't think I've ever seen the questions about not being able to record a premium channel and watch one at the same time on this forum - have I missed them ?
My personal choice of image is Woosh's Open ATV image (look for the thread).
To start off with pick a "ready made" image. That way, as loads of people use it, any problems you encounter will have already been answered in the forum in some shape or form. No point in re inventing the wheel.....

Rusty MG, I've just pressed factory reset too, what do i do now?

I only did it as I'd exhausted all my options and had an out of date hades build on it. Sucmnsee is up and running just gotta try and get the n line working now.
