Hi guys I recently got a zgemma s2 box and I'm struggling to get it working. I have fta channels and sky news and the likes but cannot get all the other channels (even though I have a paid subscription). Here's the strange part, if I enter channel 401 (sky sports news) into the box and reboot the box then that channel will come on but when I go to change the channel I get I blank screen even though the epg is telling me what's on (what I should be watching) I've read a few threads about epg tune and channel tune but nothing has worked...I'd be very grateful for your help..thanks

Any more suggestions? It'll be pretty late by the time I get home from work so if I had a few different things to try that would be great
 
There are different images which you can put on the box and have different ways to do things So unless we know ,cant say The same can be said about line details
 
Thats vix image To find out about your line ii you press Menu, TS panel, Files, press etc see if you can see CCcam .cfg and press to see if line is in there if not press usr then keys ,Newcamd list and look in there
 
Yes mate i know where your line is now what you can do is Press menu, plugins, red on remote (remove plugins) softcams remove CCcam 2.30 This will stop any confusion when restarting Mg cam Though softcam manager
 
I'm pretty sure I done that already mate but will have another look when I get home...thanks for your help
