Right guys so having some trouble I started up my brand new zgemma managed to get a lot of channels I then I Installed sucmnsee firmware and I managed to load all the sky epg and stuff but now I only get the freeview channels?

Any help appreciated.

If you followed the guide it would be working , is your line put in correctly , have you restated box etc ?

What you mean by restated sorry? I restarted it and I have read some people mention linking up to a laptop but I'm not 100% how to do it?

Haha you need a line to get the premium channels some people sell them as a gift do you have one.

No I don't have it i will have to get them, but I can't work out why before I installed the firmware I got the channels

Was the box sold to you as plug and play , and did you have any premium channels like skysports working on it before you decided to put new firmware on it ?

When I had it and did s channel award the premium channels were working but since I updated firmware they dissapesred so iv been told I may have wiped my 'gift' off it but I never knew there would be one on that probably my lack of knowledge

Why being a novice on the sat scene would you want to do that in the first place , little tip, if it woks fine leave it , if it stops do research before you tamper with it , and now you have to ask in here .

Guys quick question I have zgemma h1 and thought it was a twin tuner now I'm running it off sky so only have one satellite cable in with tuner b closed does this mean I can't record two things at once?

Correct. One tuner means one channel which you can record, but you can't switch from.

The 2S and the newer H2S are sat only twin tuner boxes mate.
