Box issue running VM

Showing 29% signal getting FTA channels that are SD but not HD.

Line connected to supplier fine but don't get a signal over 29% (not sure if the signal matters)

Anyone had this issue and fixed?

It's a openatv bug I believe. Nothing to be done. Could be mistaken tho

I have the same problem, FTA SD channels but nothing else. searching and can see nearly 400 channels but no picture. Restarted cam and rebooted router but to no avail. I am running Zgemma with a Redx RD skin which looks like normal Virmin display. It went down a few weeks ago and I have since bought a new line and tried to get it working but I cant. Can anyone help?

Have you transferred the line accross.
Was it a n line??
Did it need altering eg, CWS =

which line did you buy N or C ?

It was an N line but the new one I've bought is a C line
