2 cloud box no signal

i have 2 cloud box brand new they are both picking up bbc1 , bbc2 , itv1 thats it the rest are all tuner failed does anyone have any idea why this is happening

ive done a channel sky nothing is working still the same 3 channels only

yip cline on
internet fine ts media is working
its funny its only bbc1 , bbc2 , itv1
my f5s is picking up all the channels when i plug that in

U have an incompatible lnb maybe.
although leave all plugged in overnight just in case and check in morning.
