7 Day EPG on V5S?

Saw a post on here and a video somewhere about a 7 day EPG? I've found the XMLTV option in the menu but next to United Kingdom it has 'No Data', any idea how to get it to work?

Put usb in back of box ( Formated to fat 32) Menu> System set up> EPG and time setting> on epg default setting change from satelite to internet (xmltv) by pressing right, Then go to XMLTV setting select on for Auto update then press RED button wait till it says all finished then your epg is done you may have to update every 5 days

Got it to work after reformatting hard drive
