Adding plugins to main menu

i have just run a file compare between smith_robs (w-o-s) version and mine.

There does seem to be an extra section, but I have no idea what it is doing.
The rest is the same apart from I have cleaned up the syntax.

I take it that was why it wasn't liking what we (or rather you, I just followed your lead) did - thank you for all your help, wouldn't have got anywhere near otherwise.

And thanks Rob for adding the final piece of the puzzle. I've edited the code further so that Kodi is at the top of my menu too. Thanks to both of you.
