im just relieved to have it back, cant change the alternate email address as i dont remember the password to it, setting up a new alternate email address is asking me to confirm it by logging in to the old alternate email address which i dont remember bugger, oh well main thing is my account is back online

there is a site called lastpass.com which stores all your passwords etc- something im going to look into
