Easiest thing to do is run speed tests on every location to see what speeds you get then take it from there they do say the closer to your actual location the better

Strangely, the UK works fine for getting around UK ISP blocks and downloading torrents. On Nord at least. I also find something soothing about using Denmark although I don't know why lol.
I ran a Speedtest for every country on my windscribe VPN.
Bear in mind that these speeds are based on a plugin for a zgemma box which throttles speeds.
