Hi guys

My box froze last night on sky films......this morning still no picture.

Rebooted my modem....no issue there
Rebooted the Zgemma and re-tuned it...it showing all the usual tv channels.....but I just get a black screen, no programme.

no idea what to do now...any ideas would be welcome.....thanks

P.S.....please try not to use any techie phrases....has this confuses this old duffer....keep it simple

Try red button>softcam panel>red button stop>green button to start again. see if that helps if not def your line.
 
No, your c line or your N line? What do you have to clear your channels

Just reboot the box and see what logos come up on the screen, like vix or atv

Go into setup and look for softcam management I think, I dont run vix so just trying to remember

You bought this all set up didn't you? I don't care what anybody says but running vix on these is just a ball ache, you don't want kodi direct on there or ts media, it's just taking up vital space

Ur line is mgcamd, not cc cam. Flick right on the remote to highlight mgcamd and restart it

Otherwise.. From main screen (not in any menu or sub menu)

Blue button, Softcam manager, yellow to restart line (subscription)
