Move the yellow bar to the ticked cam then restart, you are trying to start cccam

If the Line is dead.....what can I do to fix it?

Did you highlight the mgcamd when in softcam and try restarting it?
You have done a network test haven't you and maybe tries to play a movie from iptv, just to make sure your internet is working with your box

not sure how to thank you all personally ......but no doubt I will be back.....big thanks for the help and being patient with someone who is technically retarded ��....lol

U restarted ur line without realising it.

My advice would be to have a browse around on here, read the stickies and discover how to navigate around the Zgemma, including backing up ur details, usb drives, installing lines etc.

You'll be sure throw much you will learn very fast.
