Cable certain HD channels not working

You said you had most HD channels.. you should have all listed same as SD ones.. Do sly sports HD ones work...? Or which ones are black screen..?

Yes ITV,BBC HD etc is fine,it is SSP1 HD,a couple of movie channels,Eden HD,Discovery HD,Watch and a few more.All those are black screen because the signal is 0%. Eden is about 1% and breaks up.

Tried that but no difference.

Then a know prob with snr in area or bad splitter or cable

Ive changed the splitter and tried different cables,so i think its a weak vm signal.It used to be fine but slowly got worse.Even from the box outside the house,direct into the zgemma the signal is still 0%.

That is a strange one don...Can you try the box somewhere else..! Just seems weird the other channels are working fine..!

yes ive tried the box elsewhere and its worked fine.Ive tried another box here and the same thing happens.Its deffinetely a signal issue, i think vm have weakend the signal.
