Cable Channel freezing

Hi

I have a c line setup on my h.2h and all channels are working apart from the box office channel. It comes on then goes off (black screen). Does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix the problem?

Mine does the same but it's perfect when on live events.

So if I watch the event live it should be fine? Rather than trying to watch the repeat.
