my box wont load up it just stays at the stays at the same screen nothing is displayed on the box i need help?

is this after a re-flash of firmware or just suddenly started?

i dont know if the re flash worked or not

so it is after a re-flash. sounds like its been flashed wrong. did you have the correct bootloader installed? go here and reflash with the latest bootloader and then the image of your choice http://cloud-ibox-software.com/cloud-ibox2-plus/

now you need to reflash the correct firmware. which one do you want to use?

i downloaded the firmware it has just started making a beeping noise now

scroll to the bottom and click slow download

when its downloaded, unzip and put on a fat32 formatted usb drive, turn box off, put usb in and turn back on, wait for it to flash

how long does it take when i put it into the box

only a few mins. should say done if i remember right. i have had it where it has taken up to 10 mins though

i have it downloaded and plug in the box there now

Did you unzip it before you put it on the usb? Once it says done, turn box off, unplug usb and turn box back on, hopefully will be flashed
